-Minimum 6-8 years of account management experience in advertising agency or related field, at least 3 year experience in digital field;

-Actively joining the brainstorms, desk research, and trend watch, good planning and writing skills to assist in the proposal preparation;

We are looking for a talent with attributes of strategic, innovation, passion – and – aptitude for building “partner” relationships with clients and colleagues. As a Digital Account Director, you will be responsible to lead our strong cross-functional team (research, planning, creative, content, and production) to delivery best-in-class digital engagement programs and solutions for our clients strategically and creatively. Grow the team by energized coaching/training, while grow the account by meeting account revenue and profitability targets.

-獨立工作，完成互動網站、移動網站、社交應用等各種創意形態的整體設計、layout設計、動畫設計、圖文排版等；
-根據要求，配合程式人員完成網站或應用的設計和介面面美化等工作。
-制作網站地圖、網站架構等網站和線上活動的信息設計工作。
任職要求
-能配合leader將idea用視覺的方式表達出彩；
-能與文案不停的擦出火花，搞出大想法；
-了解網絡社區和社交平臺正在發生的事情，并會思考這對廣告意味著什么；
-一定是靠譜青年。
